You don't have to own an eCommerce business to use ViaEnsign. You can also use the platform to send personal items to people worldwide and benefit from competitive rates!
ViaEnsign has warehouses in Hong Kong, where you can place your stock and benefit from exclusive storing rates.
If the customer rejects your shipment, you have two options.


1. You can request to callback the shipment. Fees can be up to three times more expensive than the original shipping cost.
   Handling charges and taxes may also take place, depending on the individual couriers and countries. If you are thinking about
   requesting a return, contact our customer service team and ask for a quote first, and then make your decision.

2. You can abandon your shipment. Some customs may also charge you for taxes and handling fees. Our CS team will let you know of any extra costs.
